Daniella Cohen

Daniella is a certified yoga teacher and a fourth-year at Northeastern. She is passionate about movement, meditation, and rest as tools for building strength, self-regulation, and presence. Yoga has helped her navigate stress, anxiety, and restlessness, and she hopes to share this practice with fellow students by creating a welcoming space to move, breathe, reflect, and discover what yoga can be for them.
