Marianne graduated from Connecticut College with a BA in Environmental Biology. She loves creation care and leading conversations on the integration of faith and profession. She also holds an MA Missional Church Movements from Wheaton Graduate School in Wheaton, IL. She enjoys intercultural studies and facilitating faith conversations across cultures. Marianne first became interested in working with international students as a home stay family for an international language school here in Boston. She is in her 17th year serving with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, specifically serving graduate students and faculty. She particularly enjoys encouraging students to think through the integration of their faith and profession in ways that cause flourishing and common good. Marianne is a Boston native who loves to sail and walking on the beach. Ask her about her favorite New England Day trips.
